Switch is a UK firm providing a full service advertising platform supporting publishers, advertisers, traders and agencies. Last year they started using Silverpop, mainly for email marketing. They soon realised they were missing out on the opportunity to track customer journeys. This year they have stepped up their game. The key to success: using customer journey mapping and buyer personas to facilitate onboarding, nurturing and post-purchase. Laura and Sonia will explain how they improved their path to success.
