Kier Group Named as Digital Leader in 2020 Construction Digital Census Report

Leading construction organisation Kier Group have ranked in top position for their digital maturity in the 2020 Construction Digital Census report. Kier Group have beaten strong competition from larger rivals such as Balfour Beatty and Interserve.

The results were revealed by Kagool in the 2020 Construction Digital Census report. The report revealed the digital maturity of leading construction companies and in-depth testing and analysis for eight core aspects of digital effectiveness within the construction sector. The organisations featured in the report were tested across eight aspects, including website speed, mobile optimisation, social media marketing, and search marketing performance.

Craig Johnson, Head of Digital Marketing Strategy at Kagool, says,“The construction industry is extremely competitive. Having a strong online presence can build visibility and move organisations ahead of their competition. In some cases, the construction companies we tested performed relatively well, but there’s a lot of great opportunities to build on the results we uncovered, that could really benefit each organisation.”
