Barratt Homes Transforms Online User Experience

Barratt Homes is the UK’s largest house builder with a vision to lead the future of house building.  Recognised for having industry leading standards of quality and customer service, Barratt Homes are taking significant steps to innovate through digital transformation.

Barratt Homes recently appointed digital agency, Kagool, as their official Sitecore Partner. Kagool will be providing expertise in getting the most out of Sitecore, building and enhancing advanced context marketing features to drive website personalisation.

Kagool’s team of globally recognised developers, support and project management teams, will work alongside Barratt to implement an ongoing programme of continuous digital improvement that aims to enhance the customer’s experience and drive efficiencies in lead generation.

Within the next 12 months a key focus for the Barratt Homes website is to use Sitecore’s rich data and analytics suite and MVT functionality to build evidence for specific enhancements of user experience through website personalisation and context marketing.  Kagool has over 20 years of experience delivering award-winning digital solutions and will use their deep knowledge of Sitecore to transform performance and lead generation for Barratt Homes.

Barratt Homes leads the future of house building by putting their customers first. Operating from 27 divisions, Barratt Homes have employees with varied digital skill sets. Each division is responsible for the marketing of over 20 housing developments and many individual homes. Kagool will deliver ongoing Sitecore training to divisional teams, to drive lead generation efficiency.
