Matt is the Head of Digital Strategy at ENGINE Creative and Experience Design. He leads a team of over 20 digital creative planners, data, comms, social media and influencer specialists. He also leads ENGINE’s Performance Marketing offer working closely with EMX, ENGINE’s global digital advertising marketplace. While at ENGINE he has focused on leading strategically on projects to change behaviour with digital comms – from recruiting more BAME and female young people to the RAF, to increasing playing behaviour for Candy Crush and helping My Little Pony appeal to dads and boys as much as it does to mums and girls.
