Graham’s team deals with all the Library’s web, marketing, advertising, CRM, design and market research requirements. His priority is transforming the online user’s experience. Among other projects, his team are building customer data management infrastructure which supports compelling eCRM, refreshing their web content strategy, and re-developing the Library website.
