Jonathan O’Brien

Social Media & Blog Manager
Waterstones

When working on the shopfloor of Waterstones on Oxford Street, Jonathan O’Brien created @WstonesOxfordSt which quickly grew into one of the most popular corporate Twitter accounts in the country. He is now the Waterstones Social Media and Blog Manager. He has worked as a freelance Twitter writer for ITV and Channel 4 and spent a year working at the BBC on the social media channels for BBC Two. He sporadically updates @Horrorsc0pes and a book based on the account, The Horrorscopes Astrological Almanack, is to be published by Little, Brown in 2015. He would really, really like a day off.
