Jim Bloor, Head of Digital Strategy and Data at Penna, first made his way into into the marketing and communications industry was with The Guardian Newspaper within Media Sales. He spent six years there before moving on to spend a further six years with Work Group, first as a Senior Account Manager before choosing to specialise in Media.
Joining Penna six years ago, Jim now heads the Strategy and Data team whose members support our clients to research, plan, and measure, their candidate attraction across a multitude of marketing channels.
