With a focus on digital marketing Katy has worked across both B2C and B2B disciplines with brands including TopShop, Thomas Cook, Virgin Money, Brother and Hull Trains to name a few. Since working at Code, Katy has focused on content as a speciality and has since produced content campaigns for ESF, Brother and more recently Hull Trains as part of the city of culture 2017.
Sally has over 12 years’ digital marketing experience taking a leading role in client relationship building at Code to create insight-led solutions that really deliver against objectives. She has particular expertise in the charity sector helping organisations to develop effective digital fundraising, campaigning and supporter engagement solutions. She has an in-depth knowledge of how to help clients get the most out of their integrated, highly functional platforms, using tools such as Sitecore and Umbraco. As well as offering advise on new technologies, tactical digital executions and platform strategies. Most recently she has been working with Amnesty International to launch their new global digital presence, she also works with Oxfam and The Woodland Trust, as well as being active in the B2B space working with clients including Brother and DWF to help drive lead generation and online sales.
With more than 20 years in interactive design, including four years as executive product manager/creative director at the BBC, and now as the design director at an experience studio that’s breaking the mould in how digital agencies approach experience design, Tom Bradley specialises in helping teams solve problems and innovate using design thinking, creative facilitation and hands-on research.
Tony is CEO of Code Computerlove, a lean studio based in the UK (Manchester), which he co-founded in 1999.
A global digital strategist, Tony specialises in embedding better digital capability in large national and global organisations and digital evolution for business change.
During his 20-year career he has spearheaded award winning global digital marketing solutions for clients including Oxfam, Hillarys, HMV, Asda, Brother and First TransPennine Express.
He is regularly listed as one of the most influential people in the digital industry (BIMA Hot 100, The Drum Top 50 Digerati and a previous winner of NW Digital Entrepreneur of the Year) and has helped Code consistently rank as one of the UK’s top digital agencies, practicing what he preaches by engendering the agency’s continual evolution and reinvention in line with technological and consumer behavioural changes.
Client Services Director
Rob has helped clients maximise their digital platforms and processes for over 15 years. Most recently he’s consulted on projects for Asda, Hillarys Blinds, Oxfam and the BBC, to name a few. Rob’s previous experience at Nedstat and RedEye involved working with clients such as Next, M&S and Npower to use data strategy to improve performance. Since joining Code Computerlove in 2009, Rob has led the Media and Performance teams and now heads up the Client Service team, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered successfully and to award-winning standards.
Dawn has more than 10 years’ experience in delivering effective integrated and digital solutions. Starting her career at TBWA\Manchester, she worked her way up to Account Director by delivering award-winning and effective integrated campaigns for clients including Original Source, GHD, Royal Bank of Scotland/Natwest and The Co-operative Group. Since joining Code in June 2013, Dawn has led campaign and project work for clients including hmv, Chester Zoo, NUS, Transform and Croda.
Dave joined Code Computerlove in May 2015 as Technical Director. His passion for transparent, lean, delivery-focused software and product development practices has positioned him as a technical leader in the UK. He possesses a high technical and commercial focus, with extensive experience of e-commerce and mobile channels in high-transactional and high-availability environments across numerous business sectors including travel and leisure, pharmaceuticals, recruitment and banking spanning 20 years.

Louis has worked in the digital industry for 18 years and founded Code Computerlove in 1999. His background in creative technology immediately positioned the agency as a digital leader in the North. Now over 80-strong, Code develops award-winning digital products for major brands and is nationally recognised for its digital excellence. In recent years Louis has led on cross-platform strategy and user experience, working directly with many of the agency’s clients, such as Oxfam, Brother, First Group and the BBC. His passion is utilising technology to create engaging customer experiences that deliver results, as well as collecting vintage Lego, digital watches and Transformers.
