SapientNitro’s relationship with Vodafone UK began in 2004. One of the important initiatives we have delivered for Vodafone was the re-launch of the Vodafone eShop, refreshing their e-retail presence in the UK. The new eShop provides a platform for future enhancements including increased multi-channel integration, intelligent cross- / up-selling and more precision marketing. Launched in November 2008, the new eShop increased contract connections by 5,000 in seven months. The site now allows Vodafone to be agile and responsive to market conditions. Site stickiness has also increased and the conversion rate (from basket to order confirmation) has increased by 27%.
