Communication, clear and simple
In a competitive market, TalkTalk needed to stand out as one of the biggest and fastest-growing broadband providers.

With results from our user tests in mind, they created TalkTalk Pro. A fast, unlimited package that provides everything users need in one easy to understand product.

Past & present
We have an excellent and lengthy working relationship with TalkTalk, and our in-depth understanding of their customers meant that we were the ideal people to help steer TalkTalk Pro to success.

Technology changes fast and so do consumer expectations. The existing TalkTalk Essentials package focused on providing basic broadband for a low price, but our research showed that broadband customers also wanted a fast and unlimited service. So that’s exactly what TalkTalk developed.

We knew from experience that delivery of TalkTalk Pro should be clear, concise and immediate, so we designed a homepage that got straight to the point, telling users the benefits and features straight up front.

We applied information design techniques that allowed the customer to compare the market without visiting other sites. We gave them all the information in one place and made sure it was relevant to their needs.

We rationalised use of the Availability Checker, a vital feature that allowed the user to find out exactly how fast their connection would be in their area. We knew from experience that this was a critical entry point to improve conversion.

TalkTalk has been expanding at a rapid rate, and they’ve absorbed some of the biggest names in the broadband market. We’ve been working with them all the way. Helping them communicate their brand promise to more and more customers as we grow with them.

TalkTalk continue to work with us not only for our design and usability skills, but for our knowledge of the broadband industry and those who use it. The Pro package is yet another example of how good we are together.
