Inspiring Interns were tasked with arranging a large-scale, targeted advertising campaign to find M&C Saatchi Mobile 90 new team members to work across their analytics team over the space of a 24-month campaign. They wanted candidates who were from a mathematical background with proven analytical skill sets.
We aimed to utilise specialist job boards and university relations with careful advertising placement and outreach to target the right candidates. At all stages, we engaged the candidates to ensure minimal drop-off during the process.
We sent out an email to 100,000 targeted candidates. The campaign returned a CTR of 15.5 per cent, well over the industry standard of seven per cent.
Over 80 people were hired over the 24-month campaign, demonstrating that the key target of attracting relevant, engaged candidates was met. Twelve months later, M&C Saatchi had a retention rate of 88 per cent from those hired.
