ITS partnered with Absolute Digital in August 2014, enquiring about our PPC services, shortly before Google changed Product Listing Ads to Google Shopping. ITS were looking for assistance in making the transition seamless, while also increasing overall leads and sales and decreasing costs.
The company had a restricted budget for their PPC campaign, and as they were one of the UK’s independent suppliers of professional power tools and hand tools, they needed to improve their overall exposure while meeting the fast-approaching deadline.
Absolute Digital Media undertook and in-depth analysis of ITS’ PPC strategy and implemented intelligent techniques within the restricted budget.
We restructured the existing AdWords account and carried out a full audit of the existing campaign. This was implemented alongside a brand-new Google Shopping campaign in which we targeted product categories, brands, and specific products at a very granular level. We also applied various bidding strategies, combined with location and ad scheduling targeting methods.
Finally, we set up dynamic remarketing campaigns for the most relevant products to boost overall visibility and ROI.
The partnership was a success, and resulted in a:
- 19.73 per cent reduction in Cost Per Click (compared to three months prior)
- 26.75 per cent increase in revenue from shopping campaigns
- 41.59 per cent increase in assisted conversions
- 57.72 per cent increase in ROI.
