Founded in 1994, Fitness Superstore is today the largest retailer of specialist fitness equipment in the UK. They used cloud.IQ conversion technology to recover lost sales, boosting online revenue by over five per cent.

It was time to flex some muscle – step in cart recovery email technology developed by cloud.IQ, PayPal’s official conversion partner. Fitness Superstore re-engaged with customers abandoning their basket using cart recovery emails to encourage customers back to buy.

cloud.IQ’s partnership with PayPal increased the campaign reach by 33 per cent to include the significant proportion of customers choosing PayPal as their preferred payment method.
