Selling holidays online, email has always been an important communication tool for Cosmos. Previously Cosmos has been using campaign emails only, blasting their full mailing list rather than segmenting their subscription data.
The Strategy And Results
Using RedEye’s unique integrated database, Cosmos was able to segment their customers and specifically target them based on different types of online behaviour.
