Nearly 12,000 new email subscribers for Trinity Mirror Plc
We’ve worked closely with Trinity Mirror over recent months to create an automated email marketing journey, which has resulted in nearly 12,000 new subscribers and a 255 per cent increase in click through rates.

Communicator supported Trinity Mirror with an email marketing solution to help achieve the above objectives.
We implemented two sign-up journeys to simplify the process for the end user. This included a sign-up form on the website navigation across all titles, and a ‘skinny’ sign-up form on all articles, in order to maximise the journey touchpoints.
Additional areas of development included responsive email templates, RSS feeds for content and subject lines to remove the need for any manual content uploads.
Implementing skinny sign-up forms 11,729 new sign ups across regional and national titles in just one month – an average monthly mailing list growth of 4 per cent.
Unique clicks for regional titles have increased by 200 per cent since September 2014.
Unique clicks for nationals have increased by over 2500 per cent since September 2014.
