The workshop kicked off with support from Tata Steel’s personal Account Manager by benchmarking a previous TATA Steel campaign against the industry average to see where they stand against the competition. Jenna Tiffany, Lead Digital Marketing Strategist at Communicator, then moved on to provide best practice advice covering all aspects of email marketing, including;

In the afternoon, TATA Steel were asked to review an existing campaign and detail how they’d improve it from the knowledge they’d obtained in the previous session. The workshop ended with an industry update which focused on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), explaining how businesses need to comply before the deadline date.
TATA Steel felt the workshop turned out to be a great day and it’s not only helped with their stakeholders’ general understanding of email, it’s helped them to gain their buy-in for future plans, assisting the team to understand the true power of email for future communications.
