Chester-based digital marketing agency, Reckless, has welcomed in the New Year with four new recruits.

The appointments see the agency expand its Client Service and Business Development capabilities.

Experienced project manager, Andy Tabberer further strengthens the agency’s Client Service team joining as Senior Project Manager. Tabberer has previously worked for the likes of e-skills UK and The Realbuzz Group and will lead on the management of key client projects.

After securing a number of new accounts, the agency has continued to grow its in house design and development capabilities. Tom Wollam joins as Digital Designer providing additional creative resource to the agency’s expanding design team. February will also see the agency welcome a new Senior Front End Developer.

Jeni-Lee Aspden completes the new hires, taking the role of Insights & Events Manager as the agency continues to expand.

Managing Director, Callum Reckless, who founded the agency in 2009, said:

“2016 was a step-change year for Reckless. From the launch of a new brand website and proposition, to securing a series of significant client wins; the agency has been able to enjoy accelerated growth.

The additional placements allows us to pursue new opportunities without compromise to the level of service provided to our current client base.

We look forward to growing the team even further in 2017 and expanding our service offering to ensure we are always at the forefront of emerging trends that will push our clients over the next 12 months and beyond.”

The agency shows no sign of slowing as it openly advertises for at least four new recruits for the first quarter of 2017 alone.

Reckless reported record growth in new and organic business in 2016, including continued work with key accounts such as Bateaux London, Sodexo, Witter Towbars and Ellis Brigham.
