Company Information:

HeathWallace was set up in 2001 to focus on the online needs of the customers of financial services companies.

We recruit the liveliest minds in research, customer journey planning, design and technology; fusing their skills to create a team of people to do extraordinary things.

In our 6 year history we have worked with a range of financial services, from retail banking (credit cards, insurance, and pensions) to asset management and corporate banking.

We have an exemplary track record and have delivered websites for some of the largest companies in the world. We are proud of our reputation for consistently delivering projects on time and to budget, as well as beating client and customer expectations. At the beginning of 2008 we became part of the WPP group, one of the world’s largest communications service groups.

Over the last few years we have seen the requirements for our services become more global. We believe quality and client satisfaction should be at the heart of everything we do, and we recognised that we needed help and support if we were to maintain our standards while also achieving our global ambitions. We know that WPP has the scale and reach to support us and it is our firm belief that in WPP we have found the right partner.

Another incentive for seeking a partner is that it allows us to provide better value to our clients in developing the most effective online customer journeys. We are all incredibly excited about the opportunity and look forward to getting the most out of the relationship. WPP is committed to supporting our UK and HK operations and our imminent plans for U.S. expansion.
