Dil began his digital career in 1998 when he started designing websites for BP and British Gas. In his 12 years as a creative, his work has engaged some of the pioneers of digital media. His education in information design, coupled with his industry experience in online advertising and large website design, has allowed him to create sites and campaigns that are effective by appealing to the head as well as the heart. He believes that great digital experiences need to be engaging, relevant, quick and, above all, satisfying. Dil has won many awards for his design work, including a D&AD Gold and two FWA awards.
