    Christopher Hogg - Director of Technical Integration, Rockabox


    Christopher Hogg has been working in online marketing since late 1999 and is a veteran of thousands of online ad campaigns. His understanding of the online advertising industry is from a very deep and practical level. He is a specialist in being able to match advertisers' needs to the complex business rules that govern advanced ad-serving systems. His career path contains stints at agencies, publishers and several advertising technologies. Chris joined Rockabox from contextual advertising leader Grapeshot, where he was Technical Account Director. His role as Rockabox's Director of Technical Integration involves the complex task of integrating ad exchanges and real-time bidding solutions with the RBX system.

    Dil began his digital career in 1998 when he started designing websites for BP and British Gas. In his 12 years as a creative, his work has engaged some of the pioneers of digital media. His education in information design, coupled with his industry experience in online advertising and large website design, has allowed him to create sites and campaigns that are effective by appealing to the head as well as the heart. He believes that great digital experiences need to be engaging, relevant, quick and, above all, satisfying. Dil has won many awards for his design work, including a D&AD Gold and two FWA awards.

    Jeffrey A. “jam” McGuire got his start in the world of open source software eight years ago. He is deeply involved with the Drupal Project, its community, and its business ecosystem. Speaking at events around the world as Acquia’s Manager of Community Affairs helps satisfy his inner diva, which he also feeds with performances as a storyteller and horn player.

    Selina is the Ecommerce Director for Unilever UK and has worked for Unilever for nearly seven years, starting on the graduate scheme. Since then Selina has worked on Unilever’s iconic brands Persil and Lynx, most recently as Marketing Manager for Lynx where she developed digital expertise and launched Lynx Excite and Lynx Attract to market. From September 2012 Selina has led the Ecommerce team, focusing on developing this innovative and exciting channel for Unilever UK.
