Cathy specialises in digital customer relationship management and has broad experience in the hospitality, online banking, retail, and online gambling sectors. She joined Hostelworld in 2012, having previously worked with leading brands such as Fairmont, Marriott, HSBC, Walmart, and Air Canada. Her team’s focus is to deliver scalable, contextualised CRM at key points in the Hostelworld customer journey, throughout their lifecycle with the brand. A native of Montreal, she holds an MBA from Seattle City University and is a past recipient of the Young Achievers’ Award from the Prime Minister of Canada.
