Red Hot Penny recently partnered with Snugg to build brand up brand awareness around Christmas and promote the bespoke tech accessory retailer in the run up to the holiday season. The team’s goal was to not only to increase Snugg’s following, but also to create a campaign which upheld the Snug aesthetic and brand personality.
In order to do this, Red Hot Penny worked to create a social media campaign in collaboration with notable Instagram influencers Nada Adelle and Christina Hauck to showcase Snugg’s products and also host product giveaways.
In order to establish themselves amongst the competition, Snugg was championed as a purveyor of the perfect gift, for sisters, mothers and friends. The product giveaways during the busy Christmas marketing period helped to generate anticipation and generate traffic on social media, and the Instagram takeover and giveaway resulted in 171 new followers on the account and exciting new imagery on the page.

As well as a comprehensive, interactive social media campaign, Snugg was also featured in several top publications with wide circulation. With taglines such as “Revamp your gadgets”, “Top 5 laptop cases on the market” and “The 10 Best iPhone 7 cases”, Snugg was able to position itself advantageously within the “Christmas Gift Guide” trend, and make sure it was at the forefront of the consumer’s mind when they were considering their Christmas gift purchasing.
