One Social Media

Brief

Our client is a new digital marketing agency, One Social Media (OSM) which has been set up to service clients with specific digital media requirements. This social media marketing firm specialises in helping small businesses to use social media tools, websites and applications to connect with customers and prospects.

The new digital agency has good marketers on the team and a solid sales plan. All that was needed was a single agency which could deliver the services they were offering in consultation with them, and also innovate as they go along.

Strategy

Web Spiders design and social media teams were involved with the business owners from the time of set up and had a good understanding of the focus and passion with which they planned to bring on the new age tools to clients in the United States.

Apart from developing key marketing tools such as plans, legal contracts as well as learning content for clients, Web Spiders created an entire process management tool for the client to manage the outsourcing process which can scale up to a few thousand clients.

Execution

Most outsourcing houses tend to look just at deliverables requested by agencies, but Web Spiders helped create ideas that gave the design agency a solid base to start off with.
Web Spiders also reviewed the OSM website and gave it a complete facelift to include a new user interface and a 5 minute marketing video which acts as a major selling tool for social media services. Web Spiders also developed and maintains the OSM blog.

Results

Web Spiders’ efforts have not only increased the OSM website traffic, it has also helped them acquire a number of new clients on an ongoing basis. This has been a very efficient model by which agencies can effectively outsource to get their businesses live.
