We delivered an interactive prototype which dramatically reduced the amount of time usually required to develop a UX design. This led to a much better understanding of a complex set of process and interactions across teams.
By providing a clear definition there was little room for interpretation and little need for clarification. This positively impacted production of other project deliverables and contributed to our meeting the schedule.
