eBay wanted to launch a new initiative, brand name fashion direct from the label. The challenge posed was threefold. Firstly to raise awareness of eBay as a fashion destination, secondly to drive direct performance and finally, of course, to measure the impact. Following the launch of the campaign, awareness increased by 27 per cent among key audiences online.
