This interactive community platform allowed fans to vote for their favourite artists at BT’s annual music awards. Social channel integration along with an entertaining ‘guerilla’ poster-warfare feature allowed BT to fully engage with a younger, 18-30 audience. This resulted in over 560,000 votes registered in 6 weeks and 190,000 interactions and shares.
