B&H Photo Video is one of the world's leading retailers of imaging products, serving professionals and consumers in the U.S. and internationally.

The New York-based store was an early adopter of CI’s Where-to-Buy programme, and places a high value on lead referrals from vendors. But even after a decade of receiving highly qualified leads from manufacturers, B&H continues to see sales trend up as CI refines the service and adds more manufacturer partners. With a 35 per cent increase in the number of manufacturers sending referrals to B&H, the retailer’s sales grew by 50 per cent.
