Brief
The Casting Suite based in Soho, London, is a pre-production hub that offers everything production staff and modelling and acting talent, to great film and photographic locations. Through its Production Switchboard and The Space Men divisions the company can supply producers, PAs, runners, casting directors, casting studios, actors, commercial models, extras, location managers and the perfect locations for filming. Through its partner agents Storm and Hobsons, The Casting Suite also supplies high-end fashion modelling and voiceover talent. The group also recently introduced a new portrait photography service, not only for professional artistes within the acting and modelling arena, but to members of the public too.
Web-smart
The Casting Suite wanted to optimize its internet functionality and drive more qualified leads through the web. Since installation of the Optimease solution, says Paul, The Casting Suite’s online management systems are working brilliantly and the group has really been able to step up its levels of customer care at a time when its business is growing rapidly. It has also been able to generate valuable leads as a result of the web optimization.
