1. To develop a real-time tool that enhances the overall business service.

Strategy/Execution
I Spy used the following steps to ensure that the analytics, conversion testing and the development of the I Phone application enhanced and supported the websites functionality and ultimately improved the overall number of people searching and of course leasing office space from the business.
Flexioffice’s brief was built upon two main areas of interest for the business:
1. Analytics and Conversion (Journey Control).
2. I Phone Application development
The following steps were taken to ensure that the work being undertaken was results focussed and competitive:

3. Multivariate and A/B experiments using Google Website Optimiser – Testing of alternative page layouts, content and calls to action
Results
Conversion Results:
- 20% increase in conversion rate by improving and clarifying quote request process
- 15% increase in conversion rate by improving the design and call to action on key action buttons
- 26% increase in conversions on home page. Homepage content visible above the fold has been redesigned to include:
- A clear explanation of who FlexiOffice’s are and what their business do.
- Uncluttered search box and search filters.
- Additional map browsing options clearly highlighted.
- List of website USPs.
- Quick links to top locations.
- Less distracting background image.
Mobile Results:
- The only business operating in the commercial property space with an phone app with the following capabilities.
- GPS navigation.
- Visual layout of office plans.
- Call agent option.
- On demand quotes.
- Increased traffic and the total the number of searches for serviced office space.
- Positive reaction and uptake of the Application.
