ERS required a comprehensive e-commerce site which was completely flexible to manage in house and would transform their online presence.

Execution
The site has been designed and developed ensure efficiency of the purchasing experience and complete control over the back office management by ERS.
Real time pricing adjustments allow the client to stay on top of stock, market and currency fluctuations as well as give bespoke discounts to their customers where required.
We integrated with the client's own in-house stock control system to ensure that stock levels on the website were up to date with the what the offline sales-team are doing so that a customer's order is never delayed.
The bespoke content management system allowed the client to alter every aspect of their website, from page text and imagery to SEO-related items, all in real time.
An online quoting system allows the client to create quotes based on the website price, stock levels and delivery costs. These quotes can then be paid for online and tracked as a normal order.
The Pay on Account feature allows regular customers to place orders without having to enter their credit card details each time an order is placed.
Discontinued products are automatically remapped to their replacement counterparts so that customers can place their orders quickly without having to research alternatives.
Results
The transition into the online marketplace has been a complete success, not only transforming the way ERS manage their business, but increasing sales, streamlining delivery and opening up the international marketplace.
Footfall to the website has increased tremendously and is now the main sales tool for ERS.
