Serge has been in steeped in online marketing for 13 years and is first and foremost an expert in the analysis of the metrics of online sales. An online generalist at heart, but an expert in email marketing, online media, analytics, conversion, partnership marketing and channel management, Serge’s credentials include Grey Network, Ogilvy Network, BT, American Express, MacAfee, Sky, EMI and AXA. More recently he developed and ran corporate training programmes for several multinational award winning bluechip marketing departments.

Stuart has been working in email marketing for over 10 years and is a passionate advocate of the channel’s potential.
Having managed email and eCRM programs in B2B, online travel and online gambling sectors while client side, Stuart joined Stream:20 in 2008 and has since worked with brands such as BSkyB, EMI, Amazon, Orange, Experian and Sky Germany. Stuart now heads up the email and CRM team at Stream:20, providing advice to all levels of marketing management on how to get the most out of the email channel.

Suzanne Jiggens-Johnson - Director, Stream:20

Suzanne is a highly experienced online marketer with a solid background in all online marketing channels including paid search, SEO, affiliates, and display advertising. Suzanne also has a specialism in email marketing and CRM including data, creative, analysis and reporting.
She previously headed up the online marketing function of Virgin Megastores and has also worked for companies such as HSBC, Grattan and GE covering a wide range of industries including retail, entertainment and finance.
As a Senior consultant at Stream:20, Suzanne has worked within BSkyB in both the UK and Germany with a focus on email acquisition. Suzanne has worked across other key accounts at Stream:20 including Hiscox, New Image TV and EMI.
Suzanne has the vision to be able to create and articulate effective strategies, and the skills and determination to deliver outstanding results.
