Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to our Office address, and made no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date. Such cancellations are subject to a handling and administration charge of £100 + VAT per place. The company regrets that no cancellations are acceptable within 21 days of the event date but a replacement can be made. V-Heaven Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the programme, venue, and speakers without prior notice. In the event of a terrorist alert or any other incident V-Heaven will not offer refunds to delegates unless the event is cancelled in which case V-Heaven Ltd will retain up to 50% of the ticket cost.
